About the Job:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment in an efficient manner to ensure a safe environment in adherence to established facility, federal, state, local and regulatory standards, laws, and policies. Performs routine and specific maintenance services which may include grounds work.

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running efficiently and safely? We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our behavioral healthcare facility and create a safe, comfortable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
What You’ll Do
Perform daily maintenance and repair work on facility equipment and systems — including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and general mechanical repairs.
Keep our campus in top shape through lawn care, landscaping, and upkeep of parking lots and sidewalks.
Conduct regular inspections of emergency power equipment, generators, fire alarm systems, extinguishers, and lighting to ensure safety and compliance.
Troubleshoot and repair issues quickly — reporting hazards, breakdowns, and safety concerns immediately.
Maintain and organize tools, supplies, and work areas to ensure a clean, safe workspace.
Assist with room setups for meetings and events and help coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
Participate in fire and disaster drills, staying ready to respond in emergencies.
Be available for on-call and weekend rotations when facility needs arise.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certification or licensure in a skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is a plus!
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and truly cares about keeping our facility safe, efficient, and welcoming.
