Full-Time
Schedule: 5 days/week; including 1 weekend day
Compensation:
- Associate Therapists:$70-78k (DOE)
- Licensed Therapists: $80-85k (DOE)
Part-Time
Schedule: 16 hours/week; 2-4 days/week, including weekends
Compensation:
- Associate Therapists:$37-$42/hour (DOE)
- Licensed Therapists: $44-$50/hour (DOE)
Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking Full and Part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in our residential treatment center. Therapists at Embark play a vital role in guiding youth and families through meaningful change using relational, experiential, and systemic approaches. This position is ideal for a clinician who is collaborative, mission-driven, and passionate about helping young people and families heal.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and experiential modalities.
- Present client updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Participate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision.
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care.
- Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
- Uphold ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
- Licensed or license‑eligible in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or registered as an Associate/Intern actively working toward licensure.
- Preferred: Experience in a residential treatment setting using relational, experiential, or systemic therapeutic models.
- Demonstrated passion for working with adolescents and families.
- Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
- Ability to use computers, electronic health records, and digital documentation systems.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
- Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
