This role plays a critical part in supporting patient care by recruiting high-quality clinical professionals across our national network of clinics and programs.

What You’ll Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key clinical positions including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Counselors, and Case Managers.
Responsibilities include:
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding hand-off
Partner with operations leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities and workforce planning needs
Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and industry partnerships
Conduct detailed candidate screenings to evaluate licensure, clinical experience, and cultural alignment
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) to manage candidate activity, documentation, and compliance
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy, process improvements, and automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners professionals
Strong knowledge of healthcare licensure and credentialing requirements
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (Jobvite preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
