Based at Devereux’s national headquarters in Villanova, Pennsylvania, the Cloud Device Management Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s endpoint environment using modern cloud‑based management platforms. This role administers tools such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Azure Active Directory, Autopilot, and other SaaS management and security solutions to ensure secure, standardized, and reliable device experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing cloud driven device provisioning, enforcing policy and compliance baselines, deploying applications and updates, and monitoring endpoint health through cloud analytics. The administrator also supports identity‑based access controls such as Conditional Access and collaborates closely with IT security, engineering, and support teams to maintain a scalable, resilient, and security‑aligned endpoint ecosystem. Additional duties include device lifecycle oversight, advanced troubleshooting, and process automation through scripting and cloud APIs.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or a minimum of three years’ experience.
EXPERIENCE: Must demonstrate an understanding of and proficiency in the use of networking, server and endpoint infrastructure and application management. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving
skills and effective project management skills. Requires an ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly.
Requires ability to make quick and accurate decisions independently
