Listing standards

Employers should:

  • identify the employer accurately and use an official secure website;
  • provide a complete, accurate job description using professional, non-stigmatizing and nondiscriminatory language;
  • disclose a bona fide minimum and maximum salary in USD and identify whether pay is annual or hourly;
  • identify on-site, hybrid or remote arrangements and every US state where an employee may work;
  • distinguish required qualifications from preferred qualifications;
  • send applicants directly to the employer’s official career page or applicant tracking system;
  • disclose when a staffing or recruiting agency is submitting the role; and
  • keep the listing current and notify BehavioralHealth.careers when it is filled or withdrawn.

Listings must not promise employment, misrepresent an employer, request unnecessary sensitive information, use deceptive application destinations, or violate applicable nondiscrimination requirements. BehavioralHealth.careers may edit, reject, expire, or remove submissions and does not guarantee publication.
