The Facilities Coordinator reports directly to the Facilties Manager. This is a hybrid position. The coordinator will support programs throughout Gloucester & Salem County.
Salary: $60,000
What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
Oversee projects that will range in scope and size relative to residential program facilities to include: community based administrative offices, group homes, and day programs.
Respond to internal and external facility related requests to include preventative, routine, and renovation projects.
Keep internal and external partners apprised of the status of projects throughout its duration to ensure that deliverables is met, this includes.
Solicit feedback from the program partners and evaluate customer satisfaction levels to determine if customer needs are met.
Prepare purchase orders for work to be performed, as well as budgeting responsibilities.
Communicate with vendor on maintenance needed and negotiate cost.
Approve and code invoice to signify work is satisfactorily completed.
Qualifications
You'd make a great Facilities Coordinator if you have:
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years of facilities management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of building management and facility and maintenance operations.
- Able to work independently and with a team with accuracy.
- Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
